This privacy notice explains how AltınGold (the "Service") — operated by OLICT LTD — collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our dashboard, iOS app, or related tools.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the Service:

• Account data — your name, email, phone number, role, and the credentials you use to sign in.
• Business data — information you enter while using the Service, such as gold prices, buy/sell spreads, transactions, customer references, IBAN and bank details, messages, and historical records.
• Device & usage data — IP address, device type, operating system, browser, app version, timestamps, and interactions with the interface (used to keep the Service secure and working correctly).
• Support data — anything you send us when you contact support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How we use it

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate users and protect accounts from unauthorised access.
• To display real-time pricing, calculations, messages, and transaction records you or your team have entered.
• To communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support requests.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only with:

• Infrastructure providers we rely on to run the Service (for example, hosting, database, authentication, and messaging providers such as Google Firebase). These providers act on our instructions and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security terms.

• Authorities where we are legally required to do so.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
